Bill Parrish

President of Newark-based Noble Strategy

With over 14 years of experience in construction management and while working full time, William S. Parrish Jr. started Noble Strategy as a one-man consultancy in 2002. By 2006, Noble Strategy had become full time and Parrish had forged strategic partnerships and won several state agency contracts for construction management. As a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) professional Parrish is leading the effort in sustainable construction practices assisting project owners and teams managing energy efficient green construction projects and LEED project certification.A graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelors degree in Building Construction Technology, he received a Masters degree in Management of Technology at Polytechnic University of NY. An adjunct professor at New York University, Schack Institute of Real Estate, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, he received the coveted NYU Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Faculty Award in 2011. He is an active board member of the Capital Region Minority Chamber of Commerce, City of Newark Workforce Investment Board and ACE-Mentor-NJ, as well a contributing member of the Construction Management Association of America, the New York and New Jersey Chapters of United States Green Building Council, the Development School for Youth/All-Stars Program and the Eta Pi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
